What I am looking for in new members:

Primarily combat - PVP 60%/PVE 40% and experienced enough in fitting multiple hull designs and classes, engaging in defensive and pre-emptive combats in PVP, to hold your own

Have a good understanding of fleet and squadron formations, strategies and tactical situational awareness

Understanding the fleet composition in ship classes and functions, and how they are deployed in the tactical theater.

Be willing to accept assignments, orders, incl training for specific ships as needed, and carry these out to completion

I am also wanting Industrial pilots who enjoy fullfilling a support role on behalf of the Corporation thru the manufacturing/provision of ships and materiel,

Miners with T2 barges and experience in production mining in a fleet operation with support

Be able to understand how to facilitate the various functions within a well set up POS.
