Shadow Proclamation Research and Development [DRPS]

Knowledge is the most powerful weapon and our most valuable asset. The Proclamation is dedicated to furthering the success of our members through exploration, discussion, and creative destruction. The next stage of advancement will not be gained through force of arms, but by the power of understanding. The inquisitive and the curious will always be welcome.
