Born on a junk planet on the Caldari-Gallente Border, Luke dreamt of being more than just another scrap farmer. He took that chance when Gallente State Officials came to his planet searching for lively new recruits, he had immediatley joined. He did not regret joining and now happily flies as a capsuleer with sworn loyalty to corp and Federation.
