How many can you name that died in the Second World War? The first? How many from the Napoleonic Wars? How many from Caesar's invasion of Gaul? Alexander's conquest of Persia? Yet these humans in their narcissistic ideals felt they had some higher calling, some significance. In our specie's arrogance we hold ourselves to a higher regard than the other animals that inhabit this planet; and yet in all our glory we end up in the same place.
