Responsible Extraction and Acquisition License
I. R.E.A.L. miners take their safety into their own hands and follow their own code.
As such, R.E.A.L. miners are not bound by the rules/regulations/whims of other parties.
II. This free license is the only "Permit" a R.E.A.L. miner will ever need. Anyone attempting to
sell this or any other "Mining Permit" is a criminal and should not be interacted with.
III. R.E.A.L. miners strive to keep space clean and as such, do not leave their wrecks/cans
floating around in space. If, for any reason, a R.E.A.L. miner is unable to clear their own
wrecks/cans from their local area, they will mark them as abandoned, enabling our
salvaging brethren across New Eden free and unfettered access to them.
IV. R.E.A.L. miners know that the markets of New Eden are constantly fluctuating and never
whine that ore prices have tanked, understanding that the market, while fickle, will
eventually correct itself.
V. R.E.A.L. miners abhor waste and do not use wasteful, residue producing equipment in
their harvesting of rare resources. Said equipment may be used in the extraction of more
common resources to achieve higher collection speeds, however, valuable resources should
be harvested with the utmost care and responsibility.
VI. R.E.A.L. miners desire a healthy and stable market for their ores. While undercutting the
competition to sell harvested ores quickly is permitted, R.E.A.L. miners never hoard vast
quantities of ore with the intention of deliberately crashing the market.
VII. R.E.A.L. miners know that that there is no such thing as "My/Your" asteroid, rock, ice,
gas, etc. and fully understand that nothing is "theirs" until it is deposited inside their hold.
VIII. R.E.A.L. miners are self sufficient and capable of independent operations. This does not
preclude fleeting up for mining boosts, added protection, or comradery. However, R.E.A.L.
miners do not depend on such activities and never shy away from solo mining, no matter
what ship they are flying. R.E.A.L. miners never beg for ISK in chat.
