Norman wasnt allways "theLady" infact he wasnt even "aLady" until a simple clerical error after his(her?) third cloning. As it turns out capsuleering isnt all super science geniuses in jumpsuits with phds. Somebodys got to push the button and get your clone fired up, turns out that job got outsourced to some jerk that was selling pants the week before.
So just switch back right, cant be that hard you say? Well... theres alot of paperwork involved, and you know, the drying thing and all that.
