When I joined this corporation, the core values were simple: Fly your own ship as part of the greater team. Have fun. Be respectful. Share your knowledge. Those values built a culture where individuality and teamwork coexisted, where everyone had a voice, where experience was passed freely between new and veteran pilots, helping everyone grow and the corp thrive and where the fun of flying together mattered more than hierarchy or ego. The recent leadership change and the unilateral decision to move under Only Fleets broke from that completely. There was no consultation, no discussion and no respect for the members who’ve poured their time and trust into this corp. The result has been division, disillusionment, and the erosion of the trust that once held our community together. What used to be an inclusive, cooperative group has turned into something elitist and closed off, a far cry from the community spirit that once made this place special. That’s not the kind of corporation I want to fly with.
