Like a Phoenix from the Ashes, Evie Lindor is the only known survivor of a little known Terran planet named Cascadia in the outer fringes of an unknown sector of space.
Evies people had never seen New Eden, nor knew it existed. They would never get the chance to, either.
Cascadia was reduced to atoms by the enemies they faced in their isolated little section of space, and Evie was rescued by what she can only describe as a freak accident of physics.
The last she saw from her cockpit was the Black Hole generators launching from the capital class ships surrounding Cascadia. As she saw them turn around and warp out, she felt an immense force
pull her towards the planet.
She woke up in a pod, floating in space. Alone.
Having lost her people and finding herself alive, in an unfamiliar space, she found her way to Akiainavas, where she enrolled in the Caldari State School of Applied Knowledge.
For 1.8kiloDays, Evie would study New Eden in depth. She spent hundreds of days scouring over maps of New Eden, hunting for Cascadia and found nothing.
With the search for home growing longer and longer, and her time at the School of Applied Knowledge coming to an end, Evie vowed to revive Cascadia, and founded the Free Cascadian Populace.
