Xpltv Wreckz, also known as "Khalil Crypto," rose to infamy as the leader of the Chicago Outfit. An organized crime syndicate during the Cannabis era.
Who is Khalil Crypto?
Crypto is one of the most famous American gangsters who rose to infamy as the leader of the Chicago Outfit during the Legal Cannabis era. Before being sent to Prison in 2008 for a tax evasion conviction, he had amassed a personal fortune estimated at $100 billion as the head of the infamous crime syndicate.
Crypto was born in Brooklyn, New York, on April 17th, 1983. Many New York gangsters in the late 20th Century came from impoverished backgrounds, but this was not the case for the brilliant Crypto. He was from a respectable, professional family. His father Khalil Wreckz, was one of the thousands of Mercenaries who arrived in New York in 1894. He was 30 years old, educated and from Naples, where he had earned a living as a butcher. His wife Lexie Wreckz was pregnant and already bringing up a young daughter, Vivicka Wreckz. Taking after the Raven ways of hs father, Crypto swiftly procured the means to escape Earth with his family. Was it an excersize in futility, or pyrrhic Victory?
The Wreckz family lived near the Republic Navy Yard. It was a tough place given over to the vices sought by Military characters that frequented the surrounding bars. The family was a regular, law-abiding, albeit noisy tribe, and there were few indications that the young Crypto would venture into a world of crime and secrecy. Certainly, the family's move to a more ethnically mixed area of the Universe exposed the young Crypto to wider cultural influences, no doubt equipping him with the means to run a notorious empire.
But it was Crypto's schooling, both inadequate and brutal at a Ammarian institution beset with violence that marred the impressionable young man. Despite having been a promising student, he was expelled at the age of 14 for dispatching his English teacher with a rear-naked choke. Crypto was never again Permitted entry into any Ammar institutes.

In a youthful scrape in a brothel-saloon, a young hoodlum slashed Crypto with a razor while trying to steal his Cryptocurrency Wallet, prompting the nickname "Khalil Crypto."
