Basics to ECM:
Gravimetric = Caldari, Blue
Ladar = Minmatar, Red
Magnetometric = Gallente, Green
Radar = Amarr, Yellow
Multispectral = All factions, but weakened.
(still stronger than using one of the above on a non-vulnerable faction)
ECM against the respective faction will deal a strength of: 3.3T1/4.0T2.
Non-vulnerable facs will only receive an attack of: 1.1T1/1.3T2
Multispectral is often used as it does a strength of 2.2T1/2.6T2 across the board.
