Im a Chef,

and something i've learned is that working in a Toxic kitchen Is like being in a sexually abusive relation ship as in it starts off fun and nice, a bit of gagging here, some strangulation there. But as time goes on it becomes rougher, more intense and more violent as you give it everything that you have until it goes too far any everything starts unraveling around you. And by the end you realise that it wasn't even about the sex anymore, it had become about the joy of strangulation as you force something down their throat.

And when you look down there is no one else, just you, with your hands around your own throat....
