I firmly believe that you should treat others the way you want to be treated, because one day it shall be so (you will be surrounded by other souls that treat you exactly the way you treated others in life.)

When you are shrouded in the veil of anonimity, the question, "Who am I?" is answered, for then, without reprecussion or judgement, you become who you really are...

I believe that is life's purpose, to answer that question, 'who am I?' And that coming into a physical life, we forget our eternal spiritual self, to discover our true nature.

To me (my grasp of it) it comes down to ego and enlightenment.. Ego is a false sense of your true self. Enlightment is a true sense of your self.
