Grade 5 bolts and rivets only. Thats what I told them. Nobody listens. This is why I do all the tinkering myself. Taking time to check the details makes a difference, thats why I made it out and they didn't. The welds on the cargo hold held, it was the porthole clamps that didn't. I shouldn't have trusted the word of a lesser mechanic, I never will again. 3 colonist families lost amongst the frozen nothing. Good thing I was in the cargo hold repairing that Venture. Thats the reason I made it out. This new crew... Yea they're alright I guess. I found the distillers behind a bulkhead in the lab but I pretend that I didn't. I remember being young. Shane is the promising one out of the lot. Maybe its finally sinking in. Grade 5 bolts and rivets only. We will see.

I've been in hyper for a spell. I never get used to the headaches after waking up. The coffee retained most of its flavor in deep freeze. I wonder if I did HAHA! Anywhoo, back out into the deep. I've been messing around with resource harvesting, I think I can make more creds transporting though. I think I'll pick up another Venture when we dock, I'd love to get my hands back into a classic. We will see. Talked to the crew about giving combat a break for a while. They seem relieved. I've started growing seeds. I can't believe they sprouted! Fresh tomatoes, who knew? Well, back to the grind.
