Mazer Rackam

Mazer Rackam, the infamous, banished arch-villain from Dimension XIV. Mazer was the evil twin-brother, and co-conspirator of the famous pirate Red Rackam. While Red terrified the seas, Mazer took to the stars and became synonymous with terror. Death followed him, wherever he went. Mazer was banished to this alternate dimension by his own brother, Red, who staged a coup after locking Mazer in their neighbour's loo, and took over as the new emperor of the Dimension XIV.

Now but a mere shadow of his terrible past self, Mazer has the skills of a new-born baby, but the heart of a man destined for greatness. Villanous sort of greatness.
