Alyn Taric Sokarad, a member of the elite POPS black ops unit in Amarr space, was stolen after birth from Minmatar space, Reprogrammed with a special Amarrian implant, developed by a joint effort of Caldari and Amarr scientists, Alyn has a drive to hunt down the Minmatar people. The project, organized by Amarr black ops divisions, was designed to instill terror and fear among Minmatar as their own people relentlessly pursue them to the edge of the galaxy.
