Pheonix Nolm is known widely as one of the easiest going, ride the tide, type of pilots. When things heat up, many pilots tend to draw off of his lucid demeanor for it pacifies them, allowing them to cool their heads and collect their thoughts before doing something regretful.

This has placed Pheonix in situations where the unsavery types have tried to use his demeanor against him. Now, they find they have done so in grave error. This particular pilot is NOT to be trifled with. Like many creatures in life, he will go out of his way to be kind and understanding, but once you tread on him without the justifications for doing so, he will lash back.
