Unknown to his kidnappers, at the last moment he managed to save his X clone mind by putting it into a temporary stasis. Thus, two clones of himself existed at the exact same time, the clone Reality X, and the first clone Reality, who was now a totally brainwashed commanding officer in Sansha Kuvakei's Nightmare fleet.
