Why do the "New Order" or "CODE" or whatever name they use deserve to be called Space fascists?

It starts with methodology:

1: Spew ideology and propaganda aimed at demonizing a vulnerable sector of the population. This would be the so called "New Order"
2: Use said ideology to justify taking advantage of said population. "Saving" us from those who don't subscribe to their arbitrary rules.
3: The use of force to actively supress anyone speaking out. Repeated wardecs by mercenaries are how they suppress any voice of dissent.
4: Soon enough such methods draw a following among those who's base nature attracts them to an ideology where they can justify oppressing the weak and have others congratulate them for it. In New Eden we call them code agents.
5: Finally we have those cowed into thinking they are powerless. They stand by and watch as others are victimized.

You are not powerless good people of New Eden! Say no to code.
Say no to oppression!
