Bio
I was reclining in my chair, feet up on the console, D Scan was clear and my faverite song echoed through the cabin, (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6k86kx8rR5I&t=3s). It had been a profitable site, I had 500 million Isk worth of loot in my cargohold and the salvage drones were doing their thing, it was almost time to set course for home.
Then out of no where two ships appeared on the overview, Combat Recons, my coffee mug smashed on the metal floor as I sprung forward to warp to my aligned safe spot. To late, before I knew what was happening my ship was locked and warp scrambled.
I took a deep breath and prepared myself for the fight to come, with my salvage drones abandoned and the Ogres in space engaging the lead craft, I launched volley after volley of cruise missiles from my overheated launchers.
My shields were holding well and even with my shield booster running constanty my cap was hold well too. Slowly I broke the armor of the first ship and my heart lifted as I saw his structure melt away and his ship explode, iluminating the space around it.
My celerbrations were short lived though as my overview became a very target rich enviroment. Knowing that I would not be surviving this fight I decided to take as many of them with me as I could. Locking up as many targets as I could, the culling begun. I focused my fire on my enemies in turn taking one then two then three of them out.
The enemy neuts were doing their job now and my cap was dangerously low, One by one my shield mods turned off leaving my ship to take the full force of their damage.
The inevitable came, my hull crumbled under the incomming fire and I closed my eyes in preperation for the end. First I felt the extreme cold of space as my cockpit was exposed the the vast expanse of nothingness then the searing heat of the fireball that melted the flesh from my bones, then nothing.
I woke screaming in the clone bay as my consiousness downloaded into my new body, as the searing pain subsided....... I smiled.
