One day a firefighter was washing his rig just outside the station. A little girl, her dog, and cat, came by with a red wagon which had a ladder on the side and a long garden hose in the middle.

The Wagon was being pulled by the cat and dog while the girl rode inside the wagon.

The firefighter said "nice rig you got there. mind if i take a look?" The girl smiled and told him to go ahead.

During his inspection he noticed that the dog was tied to the wagon by his collar, while the cat was tied by his testicles.

Concerned, but not wanting to hurt the girl's feelings, the firefighter said "you know, you could probably go faster if you moved the cat's rope to his collar." She said "I know, but then I wouldn't have a siren."
