A member of a recently surfaced family clan which claims its forefathers descend from an ancient and mysterious civilization called "the Romans". A fact that supports this weird and outlandish claim is that Iunius and his whole family speak an obscure language that they call "Latin" which is evident in the names of his ships, for instance.

All the males of the Roman clan have large tattoos on their faces that they claim represent the honor and virtues of the Roman culture in various ways. Iunius says his tattoos represent the glorious architecture of a place called "Rome", whatever that is or was.
