Always open to negotiations

If there shall be a fellow Gallentean, Minmatari, Caldari, yeah, even Amarri, with exploitation crossed against their banner, their homelands abused and pillaged, their choices exhausted by violence before they've developed the capacity to move towards them, yeah! I too am you! It is true, this great galaxy of Tranquility is no less or more ethical than the Milky Way. It seems we've come no further in the thousands of years following our lost contact with Earth, than we had in the thousands of years we lived there. And we've brought along with us our old archaic forms of civilization. So, If there shall be, If there shall be a fellow capsulleer out there in need of the skills & dedication, reach out your voice towards all ears, perhaps there is some capacity for humanity within his dark soulless eyes, for he claims to be doing something new & true and leaving out the few who's debts have been paid in full.
