Hope that you're having a good day. For today is a good day to pass over that one great hurtle. For far too often I have seen many a pilot unable to take that last step. To take that one step out of their second adolescence. Needless to say I'm here to give these poor souls a helping hand or, if need be, a push off that cliff known as second adolescence. To help them become better pilots and people. Some will resist, others will cry and moan, and throw a temper tantrum. But as any good parent does, you do what must be done.
