Reginald Galacticus

Another ISK fiend from the Caldarian Empire. Too new to be a threat to anyone, he has the same dreams and aspirations of every employee of the State War Academy. Pushing his frigate around high-sec space, he whores himself out to whatever agent will give him something to do.

Having grown bored of clearing pirates out of HighSec space, Reginald has joined eUni. As a rookie in the University, he intends to hurtle himself headfirst into enemy fleets in a tackling frigate.
