How does one define "Space Rich"?

Answer provided by an unidentified redditor:

Space-Poverty: Less than a billion
Can't even afford your own carrier. replacing a battleship wipes out a quarter of your isk.

Space-Poor: Between 1 bil and 5 bil
You can afford a carrier and a dread. You still don't like to replace battleships, but it's not as hard anymore. There's a good chance you own at least one shiny toy like a Vindicator or a BLOPS.

Space-Middle Class: From 5 bil to 20 bil; You can easily replace most subcapital ships, you own more than one carrier, and you probably have your own personal jump freighter - but a supercarrier, with all the implants and tank modules and Tech II rigs - is still out of reach.

Space Upper-Middle Class: 20B - 100B; you're in supercarrier territory, but you can't really afford a titan.

Space-Rich: 100B - 500B; you're one of the richest players in the game. You most likely own a titan unless you're a highsec player

Space-Elite: Greater than 500B; you could control the economies of entire regions in Eve without really even worrying about it. Your personal net worth is greater than many of the alliances in Eve. You most likely spend the majority of your time and energy in Jita, doing market manipulation at the highest level. You could have a titan if you wanted, but you've really moved beyond such petty pursuits as owning ships.
