Capsuleer Vadim Mikl\xf3s Ludmir Ganzorig Lobochevsky is the most recent bearer of his familial name, ensuring that it will live for eternity. His father, his grandfather, and multitudes of patriarchs before him bore the name, Vadim Lobochevsky. Family lore holds that this tradition has been consistent since the millenia before the EVE Gate opened.

The Lobochevsky family are wanderers and explorers. Vadim was raised on a Minmatar Prowler, adapted for the survival of an extended family across long reaches of space. His life has revolved around exploring space and the dangers of navigating the stars. It was, to his mind, a natural transition to become a Capsuleer. Thus, he abandoned his family traditions and rightful place as successor.

He may return to the family and claim his place as Patriarch some day; but not before he proves for himself and any who might question, that his quest for immortality was the right choice.
