'Dr Basilisk' Ph.D, Lo.D, M.D graduated with only 50% grades at the university for horrible logistics pilots. Even to this day, he does not understand what these abbreviated things actually mean.
Realising this, he thought that to be the worst; he must train with the worst. It didn't work out, seeing as he got a Lo.D, logistics doctorate.
The fact that he earned these titles show that he is more then qualified to apply and practice medicine, the use of high-powered energy transfers inconjunction of large-shield remote repairers and whilst doing so have a calm debate about virtually any topic.
Naturally he still doesn't know how he got these degrees, but he ain't complaining. Who knows, maybe they'll be stripped one day.
(Going AFK and doing various EVE-unrelated things might be an example)
