Though a tube child, Mikill learned that he did in fact have a family. Due to the strangest happenstance of government and hospital mix ups, he came into being. His parents, Gallente parents I may add, happened to be in Caldari space for a fertility treatment. Somehow Mikill, then a fertilized egg, was mistakenly placed on a tray bound for a State War Academy future class. Due to hostilities, and general record-keeping problems, it wasn't until Mikill's graduation that he was reunited to the family he never knew he had. War is simple; it is family that is complicated.
