A brilliant mind fostering grand ideas lead a vibrant youth through the path of knowledge. As a teen, he attended the school of applied knowledge, seeking answers to everything unknown. After a time, he found himself working with the Caldari aiding in the discovery of new technological advances, and applications for numerous modules that helped expand their vast empire.
At some point, Cerius was aiding as logistics for a transport to Amarr space. After undocking, he discovered he was not alone. Hiding on-board was Braul de Bellator; a Minmatar slave. He explained everything about the Caldari and Amarr's dark past in indoctrination, and slavery.
After realizing their means to become a galactic superpower, Cerius could no longer aid in the destructive nature of the forces he assisted, With his experience flying logistical support, and Braul's many brushes with death in combat, they ultimately saught to create a balance desperately needed for the people of New Eden together.
