Growing up with mercenary parents made life difficult for young Tiber. However, as time went on and he began to make decisions for himself, he realized that he also wanted a life of fighting. However, he had to make some money first. He parents death at the age of 19 was neither unexpected nor very saddening. Tiber took what little was left him and went to the State War Academy. He studied and decided the best way to make some cash was to start mining. Joining a corporation named Toxic Data Corporation, he found success as a miner and industrialist.

Now having risen through the ranks to Head Diplomatic Laison for TDX and having assembled a fleet of ships for his industrial and militaristic endeavors, Tiber turned toward to the growing conflict between the Empires. Sensing a profit to be turned he decided to invest time in his fighting skills and to enlist with a faction. But would it be his home people the Caldari, or would he sell his services to the Gallente.
