Oyabun, Tachibana-kai (橘会)

Nobody remembers his real name anymore — not even him, most days. "Manatee" started as an insult from a rival who said he moved slow and hit like a freight barge. He kept the name and buried the rival.

Came up through the lowsec gutter with nothing but a stolen pod and a grudge. Built the Tachibana-kai out of debts owed and favors called in, the old way — loyalty repaid in ISK or blood, no exceptions. These days he rarely flies himself; he doesn't need to. When the Oyabun finally undocks, everyone in the warzone knows it just got personal.

Capital ratting, market games, FW plexing, LP laundering — all of it runs through the family, and the family answers to him. Slow doesn't mean weak. It means he's already there before you knew he was coming.
