Here's how it is.

There's four big shots out here: the Amaar Empire, the Minmatar Republic, the Gallente Federation and the Caldari State. Naturally, they couldn't get along too well, so they got to fightin' amongst themselves. A little over a century ago, the great wars ended and peace settled across known space. For some, however, the wars didn't end. A few tried to fight back against how things had become, because fightin' was all they knew.

I'm Keome Aramia, captain of the Tranquility. She's a freighter and ain't much to look at but she gets the job done. What I do is simple: I got a crew that needs to be paid. My ship don't make me no money if she's not flyin'. If you got a job, I can do it, don't care much what it is.
