Early Life:
Rickey was born to an average working class family, where he grew up a normal life. At the age of 25 he was drafted into the Gallante Navy where he served 2 Tours against the Caldari state. After his discharge he took up employment with a local mining security business. During this time he managed to save enough money and make connections to start his own Corporation. As CEO of his own corp, he began to seek employment from a very diverse group of trustworthy members. His business became a success through hard work and persistance. Rickey is the type of person who perfers a more hands-on approach. While he may be the Leader and CEO, he leaves all the command responsabilities to his trusted Fleet Admiral. Allowing him to perform more directly in the field.
