Cruisers - 40m ISK maximum to include fitting, hull, drones, ammo, charges
Navy/Fleet Cruisers - 80m ISK max (as above)
BattleCruisers - 90m ISK maximum to include fitting, hull, drones, ammo, charges
T2 Frigs - 45m ISK maximum to include fitting, hull, drones, ammo, charges (and give accy some notice)

3. FIGHTING RANGE: 30km from Anchor for frigs, 40km from Anchor for Dessies and 50km from Anchor for Cruisers
