This is simply the mid-point between the buy and the sell price

BUY
If the SELL price shows 10mil and the BUY price shows 5mil then I pay you 5.5mil
This is simply 10% the difference of the two amounts, added onto the BUY.

SELL
If the SELL price shows 10mil and the BUY price shows 5mil then I pay you 9.5mil
This is simply 10% the difference of the two amounts, subtracted from the SELL price.
