Lets do a little thought experiment,

Lets say you kill 20 NPC rats per hour, some frigs some Battleships and according to this, theres about 5 people per frig, 50 people per cruiser and about 300 per Battleship. If you kill 8 Frigs, 7 Cruisers and 6 Battleships for your 20 this hour, you'll likely send 4,140 people into space without a ship, cause afterall, who has ever seen a NPC escape pod?

Now, between 1939 and 1945 there was a little fight called World war 2, about 48 million people lost thier lives in this 6 year war, both solders and civilians. thats 8 million per year, 21 000 per day.

Or compairing to your eve death count: only 875 per hour.

Makes you think doesnt it?
