Jose-Wales is a great Minmatar warrior who fought against the Amarrian slave owners. The Minmatar Rebellion was a successful slave revolt that occurred in BYC20 (23216 AD), in the midst of the Amarr-Jove War. The key result of the rebellion was that the Minmatar successfully rebelled against their Amarr Holders and ejected them from the space that would become the Minmatar Republic.
