Bio
Yah hello. My name is Otto and I love to bake!
I love to make Creme Brulee most of all because they let me use a blowtorch! Using a blowtorch is so much fun.
I also like that crazy chemical gastronomy stuff because they let me use liquid nitrogen sometimes. Liquid nitrogen is like a super cold blowtorch or something. I wish I could mix my love of using super cold things and blowtorches. Maybe one day I'll invent a dish where you have to use hydrocarbon ice crystals that you burn or explode or something.
Anyway, if you like to bake, you should join my corporation. We'll let you lick the frosting off the mixing blades if you do!
