Francois Arthie

Born to a well-to-do family on the Gallente home world, Francois Arthie has lived a rather privileged life. The Arthie family however has always done things differently from their afluential brethern, teaching their children that with power and wealth comes a greater responsibility to both those around you and the state.
Following this line of reasoning Francois joined the Federal Naval Academy to learn the skills required for him to become a proactive member of his nation, standing up the rights of himeself and all those around him as is the Gallente way.
