CONCORD Known Affiliations (To Date): From what we have gathered Kel Goetz was once apart of the Guristas Pirates for around 7 years under the command of XXXXX XXX. It seems that his leaving was due to an "under-the-table" fued between three small gangs within the Guristas Pirates that lead to a variety of small scale conflicts within the region of Pure-Blind.
