Sassi was found on the forest moon of Levan, fending off wild creatures that preyed on her parents' remains. After she bit two of the marauders responsible, they took the wildling under their wing, instead of killing her on the spot.

At the age of 16 she sliced the throat of her commanding officer and in doing so, unknowingly, passed her initiation trials. The marauder fleet was destroyed in a pirate ambush two years later, but Sassi was lucky enough to escape with her life once more.

Paranoid, preying, but with a solid determination and a loyal heart, Sassi now faces no less than the entire universe. Past events have left her scarred, and one should think twice about doublecrossing her.
