Dimitri Utrigas

Born to a family of progressive political scholars and scientist that long for reunification between the Caldari and the Gallente, Dimitri Utrigas has been an outspoken opponent of both Tibus Heth and the Gallente Federation’s attitudes towards the path of government and human rights; Seeking to create a new political system that combines the best of what it is to belong to both factions in both Democracy and Meritocracy as well as “outside of the box thinking and” and the martial corporate structure that gives them both strength. Out of fear for his life, and to find a means to bring about his unifying cause for bloodless revolution, Dimitri Utrigas has sought a life in deep space to rediscover what was lost before the EVE Gate’s collapse, in hope that it will empower him to action.
