Born of a Minmatar rebel and a Gallente intelligence officer, Phobos learned the lessons of war at a young age, having moved around the war-torn regions of Sinq Laison and Metropolis for much of his childhood.

Though lacking the science and industry inclinations of his step-brother, Phobos makes up for it with that special combination of Sebiestor resourcefulness and Gallente idealism that have proven invaluable to him on the front lines of the Amarr/Minmatar conflict.
