To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand wormholes. The mechanics are extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of graviton physics most of the gameplay will go over a typical TIS mod's head. There's also wormholers's nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into their identity - their personal philosophy draws heavily from #memes-and-crap, for instance.

The wormholers understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these mechanics, to realize that they're not just obtuse- they say something deep about EVE. As a consequence TIS moderators truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the symbolism in Eddy's wh resistance symbol \xaf\\_(ツ)_/\xaf which itself is a cryptic reference to (◕‿◕✿).
