Lazarus Primera originated from the Dartok Tribe in the Minmatar cluster Arlulf. Following the oppression of the Minmatar by the Amarr and the subsequent insurrection by the Minmatar, he joined the Republic University in 2012, planning to develop and implement change allowing the Minmatar to follow their cultural heritage and birthright. Lazarus Primera is the first of his family to support this change, and support any cause that will strengthen the Balance between the various races. Balance through blood or peace, Balance through destruction or reconstruction. Patient, but always aimed at that singular goal, he continues to explore and fight for this Cause.
