By reading this disclaimer you agree that anything lost from direct contact between myself and your charactor and/or equipment is totally your fault for being in the wrong place at the wrong time and cannot be used against me in any Court or petition. Additionally, you agree that by shooting at me you have placed yourself in the precarious position of being hunted down by either myself, my comrades or others I may provide monetary compensation to disable, decimate, obliterate or otherwise damage your ship, mods and /or charactor (depending on the depth of your contractual breach}. You further agree to be placed upon a list which will be posted with mercenaries who will have motive to hunt you.
I am not responsible for your lost modules, guns or ammo, ships or pods, nor am I bound to replace, reimburse or otherwise compensate for same. You further acknowledge that surrendering will not afford you mercy should such contact accidently or intentionally occur.
