Felter's capsuleer procces was the last hope of his family. Almost beeing rejected for running out of Kredits, Felter took an internship on the University of Caille to be able to afford the completion of the process. Felter then graduated at the same time his capsuleer process was finished and set out to become a miner like his ancestors.
Fate had something else in store; Capsuleers went to war against his small corporation, wich resulted in Felter loosing his arm and most of his assets. Tired of the indiference of the Empires under capsuleer violence, Felter took refuge in Anoikis where he continued his studies for years. In his voyages he has seen and indulged in terrible violence perpetrated by capsuleers. He then made a vow to take care of baseliners arround the cluster, The Explorer's Credo.
Today Felter is mostly seen working with the Sister of Eve humanitarian efforts, and helping new capsuleers to find a place in the cluster.
