Vorashe Garfiel

"We have to get out of here right away" Varashe cried out over the sound of various explosions. A steel beam just overhead crashed through the floor meters before his bloodied face him as he spoke. With wisps of smoke rising and sparks flying he yelled out "Its not going to last much longer, quick to the escape pods".
With that last statement he turned and headed to an escape pod, quickly initiating the final protocol. Seconds later the small pod had jetisoned itself from the habitation module, only just in time. Flames erupted from his former home, faster than his eyes could adjust. It was gone in a flash of light. His home and family now nothing more than a painful memory. The reprocusion from the blast caught his pod unexpectantly and slammed him hard against the inner walls, knocking him unconsious. He lay there silent and motionless, mirror to the void surounding him.
Varashe finally awoke drifting aimlessly amidst the stars, he was lost and alone. Vengence, his only memory...
