I am acting as a broker for the transfer of moon rights for a hisec POS.
The location is in a very quiet, prime system, .5 Gallente space, four jumps from Jita.

The corp that currently occupies the moon is moving their operations to wormhole space. For the right price, they are willing to give up this prime real estate. Otherwise, they will just keep their tower active and defended until the right buyer comes along.

They are using me as their broker, so as to not attract attention from thrill seeking war deccers. I have done business with this corp and they can be trusted to turn over the moon.

Upon a successful transaction, the corp will clear out the labs, arrays, and defenses, leaving the tower online - waiting for the buyer to be ready to drop their tower in, so no one else stumbles across the moon.
All details of the transaction will be kept confidential to prevent someone else from stealing the moon or causing other trouble.
