Winston was engineered to be the greatest actuarial scientist the Caldari State would ever know until a miscalibration of the hormone regulator turned him into thrill-seeking rebel prone to poor judgement. Finding himself on the wrong side of the Caldari Navy when he was caught swapping forged PLEX for authentic documents, he set a course for the farthest reaches of civilized space he could imagine; The Minmatar Republic. There a chance encounter with the Andomer brothers led to the formation of RogueCorp. With their knowledge of local politics and what remained of the ISK from his last "legitimate business venture" they saw an opportunity to chart their own course in New Eden.
